Cancellation Policy:
If you register for an event but cannot attend, please cancel your registration as soon as possible. Doing so allows others to register. Please email the event host(not the office) if you cannot cancel online.
All payments are final for paid events. Please review the charge(s) to understand what you are paying. Refunds may be considered in extenuating circumstances if the club incurs no cost or if the event is full and another member fills your spot. A $25.00 fee will apply.
Inform your event host and treasurer@calgaryskiclub.org as soon as possible.
Please arrange appropriate cancellation insurance.
